Writing & editing articles
This section covers everything about creating, structuring, and maintaining articles inside Brainfish's Managed CMS — your built-in content management system for the knowledge that powers your AI agents and your Help Center.
If you've connected an external source (Notion, Zendesk, Confluence, etc.), most of those articles arrive read-only and sync automatically. Articles created in Managed CMS are the ones your team writes and edits directly — drafts, rewrites, internal-only references, and the canonical version of customer-facing content.
