Use these steps if you want to stop the bot from responding in a specific channel or if you need to completely remove the Teams integration from your agent.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Remove a Specific Channel:
- Locate the channel you want to remove in the "Connected" list.
- Click the Trash/Remove icon next to the channel name.
- The status will change, and the bot will no longer respond in that channel.
- Disconnect the Entire Integration:
- To completely Sever the link between the agent and Microsoft Teams, click the Disconnect Teams button.
- Confirm the action in the prompt. This will remove the integration functionality entirely.
