# Disconnecting Channels and the Teams Integration

## Summary

This guide explains how to remove individual channel connections or completely disconnect the Microsoft Teams integration from your Brainfish agent.

## When to Use This

Use these steps if you want to stop the bot from responding in a specific channel or if you need to completely remove the Teams integration from your agent.

## Step-by-Step Instructions


1. **Remove a Specific Channel**:
   * Locate the channel you want to remove in the "Connected" list.
   * Click the **Trash/Remove icon** next to the channel name.
   * The status will change, and the bot will no longer respond in that channel.
2. **Disconnect the Entire Integration**:
   * To completely Sever the link between the agent and Microsoft Teams, click the **Disconnect Teams** button.
   * Confirm the action in the prompt. This will remove the integration functionality entirely.
