# Editing an Agent's Settings

## Introduction
This article explains how to edit the settings of an agent. You can customize the agent's appearance, response style, and other behavioral attributes to fit your needs.

## Steps
1. Once you have selected an agent, you will be taken to its configuration page.
2. In the **Widget Style** section, choose between **Popup** and **Search** to define the agent's display format.
3. Expand the **Agent Settings** section to access more options.
4. Under **Response Style**, select from **Concise**, **Normal**, or **Detailed** to control the verbosity of the agent's answers.
5. Scroll down to configure other options such as **Custom Instructions**, **Default Fallback Message**, and citation preferences.
6. After making your desired changes, click the **Save Changes** button at the top of the page to apply them.
