# Health Checks

Content Health Checks looks at all of your content in Brainfish objectively, and performs key checks that help you to understand where any issues exist.

Health checks present:

### Broken article links

* Links that have an error when you click on them such as a 404 not found or 403 forbidden error

### Broken image links

* Images that don’t show up any more

### Stale articles

* Content that is out of date (hasn’t been modified in over 6 months) - this time range can be configured by the Brainfish team

### Inappropriate content

* Swear words or profanity in your documentation that shouldn’t be present.
