How to Activate a Suspended User Account

Introduction

This guide provides a step-by-step process for reactivating an account that has been suspended.

Steps

1. Go to the "Members" page in your application settings.
2. Click the filter dropdown menu and select "Suspended" to view all suspended user accounts.
3. Locate the user you wish to reactivate from the list.
4. Click the three-dot menu icon on the far right of that user's row.
5. Select "Activate account" from the menu that appears.
6. The user's account will be reactivated, and they will be moved from the "Suspended" list to the "Active" list. You can verify this by changing the filter back to "Active."
