# How to Change the Name of an Agent

## Introduction
This article explains how to change the name of an agent. This is useful for renaming agents to better reflect their purpose or to correct any naming errors.

## Steps
1. Navigate to the **Agents** page from the main dashboard.
2. Click on the agent you wish to rename to open its configuration page.
3. At the top of the configuration page, click on the current name of the agent.
4. A text field will appear. Enter the new name for your agent in this field.
5. Click the **Save Changes** button to update the agent's name.
