You can upload a custom pop up logo to a website like [imgur](https://imgur.com/) or an AWS S3 bucket, and then the hosted icon’s URL to replace the default pop up icon via Agent Settings.

**Note: These icons must be STRICTLY 64x64px, and in PNG format.**
