# How to Export and Import Articles from Brainfish CMS

## Exporting Articles from Brainfish

To export articles from Brainfish, navigate to **Settings** > **Export**. You can then export your data, including collections, documents, and images.

## Importing Articles into Brainfish

To import articles, you need a ZIP file that was previously exported from a Brainfish installation. Open the Brainfish app, go to **Settings**, and choose **Import** to upload your ZIP file.
