# How to Filter Analytics Data

## Introduction
This guide explains how to use filters on the Analytics page to refine the data you are viewing. You can filter by date range, source, feedback, and other criteria to isolate specific queries and analyze trends.

## Steps
1. On the **Analytics** page, locate the date range filter at the top right of the screen. Click on it to open a calendar view.
2. Select a predefined range like **<DATE_TIME>** or choose a custom date range from the calendar and click **Apply**.
3. To add more filtering criteria, click the **+ Add filter** button.
4. Select a filter type from the first dropdown, such as **Feedback**.
5. Choose the desired value for your filter in the second dropdown. For example, under **Feedback**, you can select **Positive** or **Negative**.
6. The list of threads will automatically update to reflect the applied filters. To remove a filter at any time, click the 'x' on the filter tag itself.

## Summary
Filtering allows you to drill down into your analytics data to find specific information quickly. By combining filters, you can effectively analyze agent performance and identify queries that need review, helping to improve the overall quality of your knowledge base.
