# How to Inspect Conversation Threads in Analytics

## Introduction

This article explains how to use the Analytics section to review and inspect individual conversation threads between users and the platform.

## Steps


1. Navigate to the **Analytics** section from the main menu on the left.
2. The **Threads** tab is displayed by default, showing a list of recent user conversations.
3. Click on a question from the list to expand the thread and see the full interaction.
4. Within the expanded view, you can see the "Generated answer" and the user's subsequent replies.
5. Click the **Inspect** button to open a more detailed view of the conversation.

## Summary

Inspecting conversation threads in the Analytics section allows you to review the quality of answers and understand user interactions. By navigating to the Threads tab and selecting a conversation, you can get a detailed look at the entire interaction.
