How to See User Queries and Generated Answers

Introduction

This article provides a concise guide on how to see user queries and the generated answers in the Analytics section.

Steps

1. In the left-hand main navigation, click on Analytics. This opens the Analytics page.
2. On the Analytics page, you’ll see a list of user queries (in the Threads view by default).
3. Click any query in the list to expand it.
4. In the expanded dropdown/row, you’ll see the generated answer that the user received.
