Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open Profile Settings: Click your user avatar (usually an initial) in the top right corner of the screen and select Profile.
   • Here you can upload a photo or edit your display name. Click Save to apply changes.
2. Go to Dashboard: Click the company logo or home icon in the top left corner.
   • The Dashboard provides Quick actions such as "Create a new agent" or "Invite a team member".
3. Return to Knowledge: Click the Knowledge icon in the sidebar to return to your articles.
