# Managing Profile and Dashboard

## Summary
This article demonstrates how to access your user profile settings and navigate the main dashboard for quick actions.

## When to Use This
Use this guide to update your profile photo, change your display name, or access the central dashboard to create new items.

## Step-by-Step Instructions
1. **Open Profile Settings**: Click your user avatar (usually an initial) in the top right corner of the screen and select **Profile**.
   * Here you can upload a photo or edit your display name. Click **Save** to apply changes.
2. **Go to Dashboard**: Click the company logo or home icon in the top left corner.
   * The Dashboard provides **Quick actions** such as "Create a new agent" or "Invite a team member".
3. **Return to Knowledge**: Click the **Knowledge** icon in the sidebar to return to your articles.
