# Navigating Between Analytics and Knowledge Base

## Introduction

This guide provides an overview of how to navigate between the Analytics and Knowledge sections of the platform. It covers accessing the main dashboard and moving to the different areas to either review data or manage articles.

## Steps


1. From the main **Dashboard**, you can see an overview of platform activity.
2. To view detailed interaction data, click on **Analytics** in the left-hand navigation menu.
3. To create or manage help documentation, click on **Knowledge** in the left-hand navigation menu.
