# Stuck Logging In?

## Overview

Brainfish uses a passwordless login system. You don’t reset a password—instead, you sign in using a magic link sent to your email or by using Google (Google Workspace/Gmail).

## Problem

You’re trying to reset your password, but there is no password reset flow because Brainfish does not use passwords for login.

## Solution

Use one of the following login methods.

### Option 1: Login with Email (Magic Link)


1. Go to the Brainfish login page.
2. Select **Login with Email**.
3. Enter your email address.
4. Check your inbox for the magic sign-in email.
5. Click the magic link in the email to complete sign-in.

### Option 2: Login with Google


1. Go to the Brainfish login page.
2. Select **Login with Google**.
3. In the pop-up, choose the Google account you originally used to sign up.

## Additional Information

* If you don’t see the magic link email, check your spam/junk folder.
