This article explains how to manually synchronize the content from your connected Google Drive folder with your <NRP> knowledge base. This process is essential for ensuring that any updates or new additions to your documents in Google Drive are reflected in your <NRP> articles, keeping your knowledge base current.

Steps

  1. From the main dashboard, navigate to the Knowledge section and select the specific Google Drive knowledge source you wish to update.
  2. At the top of the page for that knowledge source, locate and click the Sync Content button.
  3. Upon clicking, a notification will appear at the top of the screen, indicating that the content is now Syncing. The message will read: "We have started syncing the content. We will notify you once it's done."
