Navigate to a specific region

Region segmentation must be turned on in Settings → Company → Details before this feature is available.

To navigate directly to a specific region in your Help Center, append a region query parameter to the URL. This lets you deep-link to region-specific content without going through the normal navigation.

URL format

Your Help Center URL typically looks like:

https://yourcompany.brainfi.sh

Add the region as a query parameter:

https://yourcompany.brainfi.sh/?region=US

To deep-link to a specific path within a region, put the path before the query string:

https://yourcompany.brainfi.sh/troubleshooting?region=US
https://yourcompany.brainfi.sh/faq?region=AU

Region codes are always two uppercase letters (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2). The full list is below.

1. Direct link to the troubleshooting section for the United States region:

2. Direct link to the FAQ section for the Australian region:

Double-check the suffix format and the spelling of the path segment to ensure accurate navigation.
