If Brainfish is integrated into your Slack workspace and you are interacting with the Brainfish assistant:


1. Open the Slack channel or direct message where the Brainfish assistant is available.
2. Describe your question or issue in a clear, specific message.
3. The assistant will respond with guidance, answers, or links to relevant help articles.

Use Slack support when:

* You want quick, conversational help.
* You are already working in Slack and prefer not to switch tools.
* You have follow-up questions or need clarification on an answer.

> Note: Slack support is only available in workspaces where the Brainfish assistant has been installed and configured.

### 2. Search the Brainfish Help Center


1. Go to the Brainfish Help Center.
2. Use the search bar to enter keywords related to your issue.
3. Review the suggested articles and follow the steps provided.

The Help Center is best for:

* Self-service answers.
* Step-by-step guides and product documentation.
* Exploring features and best practices.

### 3. Contact Brainfish Support via Email


1. Compose an email describing your issue or question.
2. Include relevant details such as:
   * A description of what you were trying to do.
   * Any error messages you saw.
   * Links, screenshots, or examples if helpful.
