Configuring Your Agents

Introduction

This guide provides an overview of the agent configuration page, which serves as the central hub for managing and customizing all available AI agents. From here, you can access the settings for various agent types to tailor their functionality to your specific needs.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Agents page from the main dashboard.
2. On the Agents page, you will see a collection of cards, each representing a different type of agent, such as an Internal Agent, In-Product Agent, or Help Center.
3. Each agent card displays key information, including its name, the number of sources it uses, and its current status (On/Off).
4. To configure a specific agent, simply click on its corresponding card. This will take you to a dedicated settings page for that agent.
