Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the "External Data" page under the "Knowledge" section in the left sidebar.
- Click the green "Source" button located in the top right area of the page.
- You will be taken to the "Connect external data source" page.
- Browse or use the "Search integrations…" bar to find the platform you want to connect (e.g., Website, Google Drive, Notion, Confluence, Zendesk, Intercom).
- Select the specific integration tile to begin the connection process for that platform.
Common Questions
What types of integrations are supported? Brainfish supports a wide range of integrations including file storage (Google Drive), wikis (Notion, Confluence), help desks (Zendesk, Intercom), and even OpenAPI Specifications.
Why is an integration marked as 'Deprecated'? Some older integrations may be marked as deprecated if a newer version is available. Always choose the current version (e.g., select 'ReadMe V2' instead of the deprecated 'ReadMe' option) for best performance and support.
Troubleshooting Tips
- Cannot find integration: If the integration you need is not immediately visible, try typing its name into the "Search integrations…" bar. If it still doesn't appear, Brainfish may not currently support a direct integration with that platform.
