Domain Configuration

Brainfish offers two options for configuring your help center domain:
- Brainfish-powered domain — a secure hosted domain at
yoursubdomain.brainfi.sh. The subdomain can be updated to reflect your business name. - Custom domain — connect your own domain (for example,
help.yourcompany.com) so the help center is accessible at a URL you own.
How to access Domain Settings
Domain settings live inside the Help Center Agent configuration, not the main Settings menu:
- Go to Distribution in the left-hand navigation.
- Open Agents and select your Help Center Agent.
- Click Advanced Settings.
- Scroll to the Domain Settings section.
From there you can update your Brainfish subdomain or add a custom domain.
