How to Create a New Slack Agent

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. On the main Agents page in the Brainfish dashboard, click the Create button.

2. From the list of agent types, select Slack.

3. Enter a name for your agent (for example, "Slack Support Channel").

   1. (Optional) Add a description to clarify this agent’s purpose or the team/channel it will support.
   2. Select a color icon to visually represent this agent in the dashboard.

4. Click Create to finalize the initial setup of your Stack Agent.
