How to Use the Knowledge Search Feature

This article explains how to access and use the knowledge search feature to find information within the application. This allows users to ask questions in a conversational manner and receive detailed answers based on available documentation.

Steps

1. From the main dashboard, locate the navigation menu on the left-hand side.
2. Click on the "Knowledge" tab in the menu to open the knowledge search interface.
3. A chat window will appear on the right side of the screen.
4. Enter your question or keyword(s) into the text input field at the bottom of the chat window.
5. Click the send button to submit your query.
6. The system will generate a response based on relevant knowledge sources.
7. You can review the answer and scroll down to see the list of "Sources" that the information was drawn from.
