Navigating the Analytics Page

Introduction

This article explains how to access and navigate the Analytics page to review user search queries and performance metrics.

Steps

1. From the main dashboard, click on the Analytics icon in the left-hand navigation menu.
2. The Analytics page will load, displaying several key metrics at the top, such as Total Questions, Total Threads, and Answer Rate.
3. The main section of the page under the Threads tab contains a detailed list of user queries.
4. Each entry in the list shows the query, when it was asked, its source, and whether it was answered.
5. To browse through the entire history of queries, use the pagination controls located at the bottom of the list. You can click on specific page numbers or use the Next page and Previous page buttons to navigate.
